About
Nick Saccary
Graduating from Western Connecticut State University’s Bachelor of Fine Arts program, I found myself doing freelance work for a number of private clients as well as in commercial environments, most notably Consumer Reports.
From there, I acted as a photographer & assistant to a NYC “large-scale” sculpture artist/art dealer, gaining knowledge in the art dealing & handling world. The job also gave me the opportunity to teach myself CAD design which I utilized to draft and render the sculptures, which were used as the blueprints during fabrication.
I began woodworking in 2020 as a byproduct of Covid, starting with cutting boards & moving into furniture. My knowledge of CAD design has proven to be an integral tool in drafting & executing my projects as it allows clients to better visualize the final product before it’s even started.
